Ronnie Stewart is the main man of the 4W1 Agency. Mr. Stewart has 50+ years’ experience booking, promoting, and managing bands worldwide. He's extremely well experienced in booking to a wide assortment of venues and many varying styles of music. One of many of Mr. Stewart's strengths has been, and continues to be, his road experience. Ronnie is not only tenacious, diligent, and professional in the 4W1 Agency offices, but his decades of road touring experiences gives great insight to his professionalism and success.
Steve Yourglivch ~ UK, EU Music Journalist & Booking Agent
Steve Yourglivch is a respected music journalist, interviewer, reviewer and recently was the Features Editor for the prestigious Blues Matters! Magazine for some 5 years! (Blues Matters! Magazine has become one of the most recognizable blues magazines in the world). Steve works alongside top record labels and PR companies and maintains his many industry contacts. For the past 7 years, Steve successfully manages the international recording artist Malaya Blue (4W1 artist). Steve brings many years of experience in almost every aspect of the music industry. He has his own radio show – ‘Tracks Across the Ocean’ that is broadcasted twice weekly in Boston, USA. As busy as he is, Steve still finds the time to offer his support, advice and marketing strategies to upcoming and experienced artists alike. Steve is a lifelong music fan, collector and supporter. We are very excited and thrilled to have Steve offer his many talents to this agency!
Joe Mazzari ~ USA Founder & Band Scout
Joe Mazzari has been in the music industry for 40+ years. He's fronted and booked a number of his own bands as well as playing and recording with Johnny Thunders, Walter Lure, and Jerry Nolan of New York Heartbreakers fame for a handful of years. Joe’s touring of the U.S. and abroad has allowed him to meet great people and made many valuable contacts. His continued passion for playing and recording is equally matched by his enthusiasm for helping other musicians reach for and attain their next level goals.
Dixie Deadwood ~ USA Founder & Events Coordinator
Dixie Deadwood has 15+ years’ experience booking professionals in the music entertainment industry into festivals, casinos, corporate events, and even parades. Side note: When she lived in Clarksdale, Mississippi she was Morgan Freeman’s General Manager at his now closed 5-star restaurant Madidi. Previous to owning the 4W1 Agency alongside her longtime partner Joe Mazzari, she had been traveling the world for years playing drums behind blues legend Leo Bud Welch, from Bruce Mississippi. She & Leo performed at Mississippi juke joints and major festivals worldwide, and every style of venue in between. She even secured her legacy on Leo Bud Welch’s official Mississippi Blues Trail Marker in Calhoun County, Mississippi 2017.

Niamh's new role as Head of Media is to present all our artists to all media platforms specializing on Ireland and UK festivals gigs and the launching on our weekly podcast coming in Mid-February 2022. Niamh was previously Head of Media for a Major Hospitality Group.
