Over the last number of years the prolific Northern Irish singer-songwriter, Kyle John Suckling has recorded a collection of songs written and recorded for tv & film. CBBC used one of his songs last year in their series ‘My Life'. The track was entitled ‘In the sky ‘ and was a collaboration with songwriter and DJ, Niall Hills .

A late starter, Ronan didn't learn to play guitar or sing until his mid fifties. That was over five years ago and since then he has made up for it with two albums of original songs under his belt, 'Always Broke Never Broken' his debut album released in 2019 to much acclaim, and 'Time Waits For No One' due to be released in May 2021. Described as gritty, passionate, raucous, lyrical, and at times political, his songs most of all tell stories about everyday life.

Lonesome Pete is no stranger to the local music scene having played in various bands at pubs, clubs and festivals in the UK for many years. Playing his own material along with standards from Robert Johnson to Seasick Steve played on a range of guitars from a 1-string Diddley bow, 3-string handmade acoustic, 3-string hubcap guitar, six & twelve string guitars accompanied by his own handmade Lonesome Pete FootDrum™. Semi-finalist in the 2021 UK Songwriting Contest and representing the UK in the International Songwriting Contest.

Their style has been described as ‘brothel blues’, with all the dirt and grime you would expect from old-school R&B, but their influences extend further, through 50s Chicago and 60s psychedelic blues to the smoother, soulful sounds of BB King and Sam Cooke. The band remain immersed, however, in the music of Muddy Waters, Lightning Hopkins, Howlin' Wolf, Johnny Winters and Delta Fuse's biggest influence, John Lee Hooker.

Mark Black is a songwriter and blues musician with a distinctive style of rootsy blues. A regular on the Irish blues scene he could be found tearing up the boards at the Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival in Ballyshannon or doing a stomping acoustic blues set at the Sea Sessions Festival.
